Returns & Refunds
All Greetings from Stewart cards are printed to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges on unwanted items. That said, we want you to be completely happy with your order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your card arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return anything.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on unwanted items as all cards are printed on demand. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item has not been personalised. Contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com.
