SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Greetings from Stewart cards are printed on demand — which means your order goes into production the moment you place it. We work with specialist print partners who produce and ship your cards from a location closest to you:

• UK & Europe orders are produced and shipped by our UK/EU print partner
• Canada & USA orders are produced and shipped by our North American print partner

This means your cards travel a shorter distance to reach you, and there are no unnecessary import delays on standard orders within their region.

Production Times

Before your order ships, it needs to be printed. Please allow:

• UK & Europe orders: 3–5 business days production time
• Canada & USA orders: 2–5 business days production time

Production times are in addition to shipping/delivery times below.

Estimated Delivery Times (production + delivery)

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary based on postal service volumes, carrier delays, and customs processing for international orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected and the destination country.

If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com with your order number.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipping internationally (e.g., from the UK to Canada, or from North America to Europe), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We're unable to predict or cover these fees. If you're unsure whether import duties apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Peak Season Delays

During busy periods — including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day — production and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high demand across our print partners and postal networks.

We recommend ordering well in advance for any time-sensitive occasion. When in doubt, order early.
