These Terms of Service govern your use of greetingsfromstewart.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The store is operated by Macaw Studios, a Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario.
1. Products
All greeting cards sold through Greetings from Stewart are made to order. Each card is produced by our print partners only after an order is placed. There is no pre-made inventory.
Because products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2. Intellectual Property
All card designs, illustrations, jokes, and written content on this site are the original work of Stewart Francis and are the intellectual property of Macaw Studios. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or use any design, image, or text from this store without prior written permission from Macaw Studios.
Your purchase grants you the right to use the physical card you receive — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region (GBP, CAD, or USD). All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
4. Order Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible before production has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at greetingsfromstewart@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started. If we are unable to cancel in time, we will attempt to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the printing process. These variations are not considered defects.
If you believe you received a product materially different from what was described, please contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macaw Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Privacy
We collect and use personal information (name, shipping address, email) solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
